At present WPC extrusion line has two ways: one step way and two steps way.
One step way mainly used to produce PVC wood plastic product. Two steps way mainly used to extrude PP/PE wood plastic product.
The screws barrel adopt thermometal treatment, wear-resistant, corrosion resisting, good mixing plasticization, high output, save energy and reduce. Apply to filling volume to 50-70% wood flour or other plant fiber.
This equipment is the best chose for making WPC pallet, indoor and outdoor flooring, guardrail, outside landscape material. This production line add or change different parts can used in produce PVC profile, pinch plate, window sill, wainscot, wave board and WPC floor. Guardrails, door panel, door pocket, line building material.
