ARH heavy robots are used for taking out
 products and spruces from 100~2000 tons
 horizontal injection molding machines,
 with telescopic arms, and sub-arm available
for 3-plate molds.Vertical stroke: 1000/1100/1200
/1300/1500/1700/1900/2200/2500, air cylinder
driven. Traverse axis is driven by converter motor,
and AC servo motor available. Vertical axis and
crosswise axis are driven by air cylinder.

The vertical arm is rigid aluminum extrusion and guided in heavy-duty linear rails, high speed, high performance, less vibration and durable.
Vertical axis with telescopic stroke for low overall height, high speed and stability, applied to production halls with low ceiling heights.
Gripper loop
Standby loops for pressed air and check signal, with 2 loops for absorbing and gripping, used for taking out all kinds of products.

Rotation device able to rotate 90?for easy remomal of mold.

Simple controlling system for easy operation,English and Chinese available, with 8 standard programs and 20 additional programs to be taught, able to be connected with peripheral eqquipment to control the conveyor, transporter and other devices, modules for easy replacing and maintenance, capable of resisting disturbance.

Automatical checking and displaying faults.All the counting and timing can be modified.
