Product Overview

    This machine is an innovative product developed by ourselves. It is used to produce drenching filling material used inside the cooling tower. The machine can successively form products, and products formed by former mould can perfectly joint the later one, which realises the user`s different length cutting demands on the same product. It has high automation and high precision of moulding which improves product rigidity, intensity. In this way, it makes the product thickness well-proportioned and appearance more delicated.

Structure Features

1. It is controlled by PLC, and has malfunction display function.

2. It adopts the servo motor to feed material, non-polar to adjust the speed and length.

3. It adopts advanced micro-touch screen to operate, noncontact adjustment, and can display the operating regulation & the basic technical data.

4. It adopts hydraulic pressure system to run the forming part to ensure the clamping force.

5. It adopts non-stem cylinder cutting.

6. It adopts the 380V safety protector to protect the machine from over-electric current, over-load, short circuit, and it is equiped with external automatic alarm.
