Currently,all of our products are sold in the Supermarket of WAL-MART sam shop and TESCO of Asia,we have corporated with the two biggest supermarket for two years.
Our products can be divided into two kind,one is biobased,the other is biodegradable and compostable.
The biobased products are made from the raw materials of cornstarch commixed with traditional plastics at high temperature,such as PP\PE\PS,the characteristics are stable and reliable,which according with the international standard of ISO14855:1999,all the biobased products can be microwave and put into the refrigerator,the temperature resistent is -20~120 degree.As the starch can come from many kinds of plants,the cost is lower than the traditional plastics,the most important thing is cornstarch is a recycle resource,while the traditional plastic come from the petrochemical resource,the cost will be more higher in the future.
The biodegradable and compostable products are made from three kinds of raw materials,one is cornstarch commixed with microorganism plastic,such as PLA\PHB\PHBV, among them,PLA is the best one to be industrial production. The second raw material is cornstarch commixed with petrochemical resource,such as PCL\PBS\PBAT\PVA,among them,PBS is good for industrial production.The biodegradable and compostable rate can’t be lower than 90% in 180 days,The raw materials’degradability and compost comply with the ASTMD6400 standard and EN1342 standard, All the products don’t contain the hazard substance of heavy metals such as Pt,Cd,etc and comply with the FDA heavy metal standard.
We accept customers own design and require,we can produce the products with buyer’s LOGO,all the packaging can be decided by the buyers.
