EW3048R White Color Masterbatch  [ Middle Grade ]

EW3048J use better Anatase TiO2, compound with the base resin and a little disperser, produced by advanced extrude machine. EW3048R don't contain any nocuous producing agent like as fluorescent whitener. It has good dispersion property and good opacity in base resin. It can be add easily in polyolefin products which has opacity demand. EW3048R, its advantage on the high concentration Tio2, good dispersion property, good opacity and smaller additive ratio.

Usage

EW3048R can be used to make sanitation towel coating film or CPE coating film.Customer can adjust its additive ratio from 5%~10%, don't need to change old technology and old produce line, only need to adjust produce temperature.

EW3048R also can be used in the normal film blowing application.

Product Property

1) Smaller additive ratio

It can improve film's opacity obviously, for long time storage, the film will not change color.

2) Green

EW3048R don't have any nocuous producing agent like as fluorescent whitener, it has SGS testing report.

3) Better fluidity , client don’t need to change equipment and processing technique.

Package, Transportations and Storage

1) PE heavy-duty bag , 25kg / bag.

2) Transportations according to non-dangerous goods. Note to avoid moisture,insolation and breakage.

3) The product is sensitive to moisture. No problem to store in original packing bags. Make sure to use the product immediately after open the packing bags. If it has moisture problem, Dry it by hot air recycle machine under 90°C for 30
