This fabric is made from several layers of the Strongest & Bulletproof Fiber (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene Fiber or call UHMWPE Fiber).
Performance:
1. All the fibers' direction in each layer at 90° to the adjacent layers' fibers and all the fibers are laid paralleled in the same plain.
2. The unidirectional sheet's anti-ballistic performance is higher than other conventional woven fabrics because the energy transferred from the bullet/ballistic threat to be distributed along the fibers very quick.
3. so, it is a very lightweight one and has high level anti-ballistic performance for both personal and vehicle protection.

PEUD-SB is designed for Soft Ballistic (SB) Applications like Soft Ballistic Vests / Jackets, soft ballistic panel and so on to against handgun ammunition (up to NIJ IIIA). it is very lightweight and flexible for maximum wearing comfort, and the performance unaffected by moistureand, it's easy to meet NIJ standard 0108.01/0101.03/0101.04/0101.06 Level I, IIA, II, IIIA stand alone (has past each levels test from US H.P. White Lab - a NIJ certificatied US ballistic testing lab).

Typical applications of PEUD-SB:
1. Soft Armor Panel (SAP) of Bullet Proof Vest, Bullet Proof Jacket, Bullet Proof Bag or other soft bullet proof products.
2. Thermoform Armor Panel of Bulletproof seat/car/ship/vehicle's inner ballistic system to meet level IIIA

Standard Packing: width 1.2 meters (max to 1.25 meters by order), length 105 (+/-5) meters (or by order) in roll
Cut suggestion: cut by high quality garment cutter or more better cutter according to the shape of vest with multi-layers
Sew suggestion: sew the cut multi-layers UD piece according to protect level with truama foam into a waterproof cover
Color of PEUD: in white only
