Refrigerators Recycling Plant for disassembly and recycling refrigerators.

1. Technical Introduction

   Refrigerators Recycling Plant is a set of e-scrap recycling equipment which is used to disassemble refrigerant-contained home appliances such as refrigerator and air-con. It is consist of pre-processing work station, CFC pumping work position, first body shedding, second shedding and disassembly, sorted materials recycling devices.  Based on technique of foreign companies, we first developed integrative technique of secondary shedding and bow wave shedding with characteristics of high automation, high efficiency, low function cost and zero secondary pollution. It has filled the blank of China’s refrigerator processing equipment and reached advanced international standards.

2. Process flow and Directions

The first is to manually disassemble refrigerator cabinet and resulting plastic, wire, glass, circuit board. The second is to reclaim refrigerant to ensure it would not pollute atmosphere. The third is to dismantle compressor and condenser. The fourth is to multi-level shred refrigerator body in shredder. In the shredder polyurethane is sucked out by air pump. The fifth is to separate iron by permanent magnet. In the last step aluminum and copper are separated by eddy current. The entire processing Equipment is located in an enclosed workshop. Exhaust gas and dust can be discharged by high pressure positive blower after being processed by activated carbon adsorption and hop-pocket dust extraction.

Iron separator

Including magnetic separator. To separate iron from processing material.

Non-ferrous metal separator

Including eddy current separator. To separate Non-ferrous metals from processing material

 Urethane foam secondary shredder and packing system

Including Urethane foam shredder. To reduce gaps in foam for easy packing and transportation

Safety System (optional)

Including water spraying, nitrogen spraying and cyclopentane detection devices. To ensure safety of equipment.

Exhaust Gas Process System (optional)

Including activated carbon adsorption and hop-pocket dust extraction. To ensure emitted gas consist with national standard.

Operation condition dynamic monitoring system

Including screen monitoring and automatic control system.

5. Safety and Environmental Protection standards

a. Safety Standard: All devices are installed in an enclosed workshop. Isolated operation, screen monitoring, complete machine electric control system to ensure operators’ safety; Negative pressure adsorption, nitrogen protection, automatic spray cooling, dust real-time monitoring, auto alarm, temperature real-time monitoring to ensure dust concentration, cyclopentane concentration and temperature be restricted in safety range, and each part of machine works in good condition.

b. Environmental Protection Standard: The equipment uses physical technique, no waste water is produced during processing; Generated noise is lower than 85dB(A) after sound attenuation, it consists with “Waste electrical and electronic products processing construction design”; Exhaust gas is organized to be emitted after activated carbon adsorption and hop-pocket dust extraction. Emission consists with 3rd standard of “Emission Standard of Air Pollutant”.
