2)brief introduction

3)Working flow

A.The raw material is put into the furnace,and seal the feed inlet.

B.The bottom of the reactor will slowly heat the waste rubber by the crude oil.

C.The temperature reaches 250-280°C,we can get the rubber oil.

D.The temperature reaches 300-400°C.,the oil steam will be continuos produced.

E.Oil steam will flow through light and heavy components separating device.

F.Light component will enter the condensed, but the residues will be discharged automatically in succession.

G.The liquefied part will condensed to rubber oil, but the pert that can not be liquefied will put into heating supply system for buring by way of combustion gas purification system.
