Copper Wire Cable Recycling Machine  (also named waste wire and cable granulator) is a kind of machinery used to crush waste copper wire and separate copper and plastic, which is one of environment-friendly type equipment.

Structure:

This machine is consisted of Material Conveyor, Crusher, Dust Cleaner, Crushed Material Conveyor, Separator, Pressure-reducing Blower, Dust Collector, Output Unit, and the Underbed.

Processing Procedures:

1. Put wires and cables on the conveyor  and have them conveyed to the crusher.

2. Material is crushed in the crusher to have plastic skin and copper separated completely.

3. The crushed material (mixture of copper and plastic) is conveyed to the separator by the conveyor, during which procedure the plastic granules (including fiber, rope, or tapes, etc. mixed in the wires) are cleaned by the dust cleaner. 

4. The separator is consisted of separating board, eccentric device, adjustable amplitude device, and speed adjustable motor, etc.. It is used to separate plastic and copper.

5. All the units are installed on the underbed to form a whole structure, easy for transport. The machine is adjusted ready for production before shipping, and the customer only need to connect it to the power supply.
