Auotamatic hairpin bender  is mainly used for production of long U copper  bender during the hext exchanger processing, 

which has the functions of straighteing, feeding, clamping, cutting, bending and returning etc. 

Three models for choice: 6- tube, 8- tube and 10-tube for choice

 (can bend 6 tubes, 8 tubes or 10 tubes at the same time)

Two specification of tube for choice: one diameter of tube with two different pitches; Two diameter of tube with the same picth. 

 Outer diameter: Φ5-Φ16mm

 Bending length: 200-5000mm for choice

 Work piece length: 200-1200mm/1650mm/2100mm/2650mm/3200 for choice

 Decoiler: there are electric decoiler and eye to sky type decoiler for choice.
