Since 1982 , we have developed first vertical pipe multi-effect water distilling machine through imitating Finland’s FINNAQUA, and have spent more than 20 years on specializing in R&D of WFI water technology and equipment . We have won 3 patents thanks to our referring to advanced experience abroad , considering domestic actual situation , constant improving of system rationality and integrity .

II. Basic performance
This machine is electric calefaction multi-effect water distilling one , which can produce pure steam while generating distilled water . The machine uses ionic water as raw material , is heated by boiler steam and assimilates advantages of various water distilling machines from home and abroad .Incorporating vertical pipe falling film multi-effect evaporation principle that are internationally advanced , and .3-step heat separation technology : one , gravitational separation , two , screw panel centrifugal separation , three , collision separation , a process that effectively ensure the quality of distilled water and comes without parallel elsewhere in China .The machine went through scientific calculation and was optimally designed , adopting 5-effect evaporation to make full use of energy with obvious energy saving results . The machine is made according to GMP requirements ,and comes with GMP evaluation documents .The quality of distilled water from this machine meets WFI targets stipulated in Pharmacopoeia of People’s Republic of China (2005 EDITION ).The machine uses iconic water as raw material whose electric conductivity is<2µS/cm(0.5 MΩ/cm),requiring no ammonia and chlorine with a maximum hardness of 2ppm(CaCO3).The conductivity of distilled water from this machine is<1 µS/cm(1 MΩ/cm).
Advance technology :
The whole machine consists of 2 major parts :electric heater and water distilling main machine plus electric control system . Material of major parts is imported to ensure product quality and stability .
Quality material :
Heating room , evaporation room , screw centrifugal separating room , pipe valves and connections are made of DIN1.4435(316L) with surface treated using acid washing for passivation . pipe connection and valves come through eletrolysis polishing. Automatic track welding is adopted for pipe connection . Frames and doors are made of DIN14301(AISI304).

III. Basic structure :
The machine is made of a set of electric heating system ,5 distilling towers, 5 U shaped heat exchangers , a condenser ,feeding pump, electric control system .5 heat exchangers are respectively installed in 4 towers ,which are divided into 4 parts :pre-heating area, heating area, evaporation area, and centrifugal separating area.
Condenser is a 6-backhaul vertical pipe device ,which can prevent cross leakage when 3 phases switch . The condenser is incorporated with several vertical pipes that function to pre-heat feeding water and to adjust outlet distilled water temperature . Main machine is configured with water feeding pump and water cooling pump .
A water distilling machine consists of a set of electric calefaction system ,4 distilling towers ,a water feeding pump ,water cooling pump ,electric control system ,and various pipes and electric devices that are connected .
Operation box of electric apparatus : the box is built with adjustor for distilled water temperature , distilled water electric conduction device ,indicator and buttons . The adjustor control distilled water outlet temperature .Electric conduction devices register the quality of distilled water . When breakdowns occur in production ,controlling apparatus can activate alarm in time and make necessary production adjustment.
