It is used for traffic,criminal investigation,anti-riot and traffic superintendence. 

It is applicable in emergency situations that can effectively block road to set up warning limit. Tire deflation device is made of aluminum alloy with support and nails(thorn) .When the vehicles cross the Road Block,tires will be stabbed deeply in 5 CM by the aluminum triangle nails in 50 seconds,which will make tires exhaust rapidly,and vehicles can't move on.

When pull the coil ,the holder and nails will be stretched out together. After using ,fold the holder by hand into the case and lock .
