Pickle fish is a special Sichuan flavor loved by customers. The super-concentrated condiment made by us presents fragrance of pickles, salty, fresh, sour and spicy tastes, fish meat made with the seasoning tastes unique. This seasoning is superior for family and restaurant.

 

Ingredients: Pickle, Green, grocery, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Chilli, Ginger, Garlic, Fermented Glutinous Rice, Distilled Spirit Suger, Fresh Essence Ferment

Cooking way:

1. Clean and cut about 1kg fish into slices or lumps, mix well with the fish salting flavoring(20g) and cook wine(10g) or a little white spirit, it is ready to use in 10 minutes.

2. Put the prepared vegetable into boiled oil and cook to be half done, then take them out and put into a container. Pour about 0.8kg water or bone soup(better just cover the fish slices) and a bag of the seasoning into the pot.

3. Cook till it boils, then add the prepared fish slices or lumps and cook around 3-5 minutes.

4. Sprinkle the shallot on it (the amount of  shallot according to your favor) and you can sever it.
