Remark:
Critical limitation of traditional Electromagnetic inspection technology
1.unable to detect the internal defect of wire rope;
2.unable to detect fatigues which threatens wire rope most;
3.unable to detect Local Flaw (LF) with gap space smaller than 20mm;
4.unable to accurately detect LMA with "averaging length "smaller than 50mm;
5.Low repeatability, unstable result, influence from test speed, easy occurring of "zero drift", bulkiness, low pass-through capacity of rope, strong magnetic pollution and so on; seldom accepted by users.
