This series of foaming agents is used mainly in extruding foaming of PVC, TPR and PS for making pipes, plates, and section materials, and used in injection molding of them for making toys and other articles.

Application:
This series of foaming agents features a good compatibility with PVC and TPR, so they will disperse evenly in the molten resins during processing to form a system with uniform phases, which in turn helps to maintain a uniform performance in the product.
Endotherm-exothem balanced foaming agents can balance the heat generated by AC decomposition to eliminate such problem as unstable bubble holes and shrunken holes caused by the lower adhesiveness of molten resin, so that bubble holes in the product becomes uniform and dense.
The decomposing temperature of endotherm-exothem balanced foaming agents falls in the range of temperature for PVC processing, no induction term is needed for decomposition, the gas release is even and without eruption, and nuclei will be formed by themselves. These entire characteristics make the foaming process become more controllable, which guarantees the stability of performance of the foamed product of greater thickness and complex shape during the dynamic foaming process.

Package and storage:
This series of foaming agent features excellent stability when stored under the common temperature. It should be kept in cool and dry place, away from hot steam pipeline, fire source and direct sunlight. Never let it contact directly with acids and alkalis. It is suggested that good ventilation conditions should be realized where the foaming agent is treated and mixed. Be careful not to inhale its powder, make frequent skin contact or swallow it.
Each 25kg of this foaming agent is packed in plastic lined bag, carton or fiber drum according to clients' demand.
Each batch of this foaming agent series weighs 3 Tons. While using the foaming agent of same batch, only a handful is needed to test for confirmation and then the whole batch can be used with certainty.
