for producing travelling, casual, canvas,cloth, students' shoes and slippers which are made of plastic such as TPR, PVC etc.

1)The machine is used specially for production of traveling shoes, casual shoes, plimsolls, high upper shoes and various sport shoes with foamed and unfoamed soles.

2)Raw materials suitable for the machine are foaming and unfoaming thermoplastic materials, such as PVC, TPR, etc.

3)The machine is controlled by PLC and equipped with full hydraulic working system which uses proportional pressure control and full automatic cycle.

4)Two step injection in single barrel, preplastifying by hydraulic system, computer measuring and empty mould selecting functions are used in the machine.

5)Hydraulic movement by single cylinder combined with toggle type locking mechanism are adopted in the last pressing and mould closing system.

6)The round table are indexed by hydraulic system and braked by electro-magnetic device. ( Indexing by frequency variable motor and reversal function are optional)

7)Mould closing and last pressing sequence can be selected freely.

8)The machine with double colour function can be adjusted to produce single colour and/ or double colour soles.

9)Chilling system for direct cooling of moulds is available at customer’s. request. This system can reduce the setting time and is favorable to production of quality sole and higher productivity.

10)Moulds can be easily fixed and adjusted in the machine.
