Components of the System

It is composed of solar module, water lifting inverter and water pump.The solar module composes several solar cells, and supply power for the whole system.The inverter controls and adjusts the whole system. It charge the DC power which it provided by the solar module to AC, drive the water pump, and adjusts the output power according to the intensity of sunshine to achieve maximum power point tracking.The water pump is powered by the three phase AC generator; it can pump the water from the river, lake or deep well, and deliver the water to the water container, or directly deliver to the irrigation system or spring system. Immiscible pump, centrifugal pump, axial flow pump, mixed-flow pump or borehole pump can be used in this system according to the requirements and conditions.

 AC water pump & DC water pump

DC series water pump belong to special water pump, it is must be used with a matching controller, so it is difficult to assort with standard components. AC series water pump belong to the general standard ones, it is easy to select and match, and cost is low. Its standard rated voltage is 220V or 380V, and has kinds of power rate, ranging from 0.37KW to 110kw. The pump lift can be 14m to 375m, the flow can be 3m3/h to 48m3/h according to your opinion. DC water pump once is in over-current operation; it can probably cause permanent magnet losing magnetism, and ruin the electric motor, but AC water pump has strong over loading capacity, does not have a electricity brushing, and has a long service life, all of these improve the power rate of system.
