the produce process

There is a long way to bake the wet mixed board, so the main produce process is the long long bake room.  and the max-length of the mathine is 2400mm, and the max-width is 1400mm.

The wet mixed board is pressed by the seperated pressing mathine, and the max-length of the machine is 1220mm, and the max-width is 610mm.

1  the lightweight is more health: based its raw material contains the Starch, newsprint, mineral fiber, recycling ceiling, Expanded pertile,  RE inorganic composite materials, Nano antibacterial agent, double-side polyurethane, using quality vinyl mildew-proof on the surface coating

2  anti-damp: put 1/4 cup of water in the center back of the light one, wait 5 munities, using your thumb pressing the web area. it is hard. But the ordinary one feels soft

3  Because the different of the raw materials and the thickness: the lifetime of the lightweight one is usually 10-15 years, but the ordinary one is only 8-10 years and the lightweight one is better than

the ordinary one in the following tech: . Noise reduction coefficient, Light reflectivity, RH,

Sound absorption, Mold resistant, and Thermal conductivity.

the size

Based on the max-length of the machine is 2400mm, and the max-width is 1400mm, we usually produce the (300) 600 x 600 (1200/1800), 595 x595, 595 x 1195, 603 x 603, but can producing within the max size. The thickness is usually from 11mm-21mm, but we can 11mm-30mm. Below 11mm is impossible for the lightweight one.

Based on size of the press machine,we usually produce (300) 600 x 600 (1200 ), 595x595, 595 x 1195, 603 x 603. besides the thikness is 7-15mm, it is not tolerence.

the anti damp moisture content

 the moisture content for both of them is < = 3.0 %

6 price and quantity per 40HC

About the lightweight of 876mm x 2057mm x 11mm not perforated (no pattern at all) and not painted, pls check the following:

All orher charge of FOB tianjian40HC is 732usd

No such size of ordinary one. And based the high desity, so it will need more more raw material. Therefore it will more expensive than the lightweight one in the sizes above 13mm.

our productivity is the largest in Jinzhou city, the decorative board in North China, for Lightweight Mineral Fiber Acoustic Board is 300 000squ.m per month, the Ordinary 240 000squ.m,

There is no one factory producing the ordinary one with the size  876mm x 2057mm x 11mm. All factories more than 50 factories are using the same machine i n my city, Jinzhou, the decorative board hometown in north China. I suppoese it is very hard to find the producing line in china for your requirement on the ordinary one.
