Pre-heat treatment
1.Isothermal annealing (complete recrystallization):heat to 790-810°c,isothermal is 650-680°c,furnace cold below 500°c,out and air cooling,hardness after annealing ≤187HBS
2.Partial annealing after annealing :heat to 740-760°c,keep 3-4h,furnace cold below 600°c,out and air cooling ,hardness after annealing ≤187HBS
3.Nomalization:heat to 800-820°c,air cooling ,hardness is 229-285HBS.in order to refine grain and eliminate mesh charring .
4.High temperature tempering :heat to 650-670°c,keep 2-3h,furnace cooling or air cooling ,hardness ≤187HBS.in order to eliminate internal stress .
Characteristic
Good hardness and tenacity,poor processibility.
Application
can make tool ,pressing die ,riveting die and plastic compressing mould and so on .

Smelting equipments:3 and 4 tons induction furnaces,electric slag furnaces of 0.5t ,1t,3t,5t,especially 3 and 5 tons electric slag furnaces which feature both unipolar and bipolarity series function and so on.
