*The using of Electric arc furnace (EAF) + refining (LF) + Vacuum (VD ) make the production of die steel are in high purity and good performance.

2.Suggesting for heat treatment

*Anneal 750-800°C  Hardness ≤217HB
*Temperature for Quenching 1000-1050°C,oil cooling, Hardness ≥52-55HRC
*Temperature for Tempering 200-300°C,
*Hardness 50-53HRC

High carbon content, high chromium content, good harden-ability.
The use of ESR to refined will display the excellent performance of mirror polished.  
Thermal conductivity and the cooling efficiency are stability in the period of use.

High smooth surface.
Produce optical products, for example camera, sun glass, chemical instrument, injector, analyzers and plastic products.
