SPG-12kv outdoor AC high-voltage SF6 load switch

General description:

SPG-12 AC HV SF6 outdoor load switch is based on the technology of Korea, combining with the features of our country power supply. It is a new product for distributing electricity in condition of outdoor AC 3-phase, rated voltage 12KV, frequency 50/60HZ.

Main Features of this product:

1.  SPG-12 load switch applies air pressure arc theory with SF6 as the insulation and arc medium. It is installed with a special triangle spring structure and a maintenance free switch with good performance, easy structure, and small operation power and is not influenced by outdoor environment. It is suitable for high altitude area.

2.  The shell of the switch applies stainless steel (3mm) and it is welded with argon arc so as to get good imperviousness and strength, and painted.

3.  The explosion and pressure relieving device is installed in order to avoid the shell explosion of circuit breaker because of abnormal increase of inner pressure of the switch.

4.  The low-pressure locking device is installed in order to lock the structure with red card indication when the inner air pressure of the switch reaches the locking pressure (0.03-0.04Mpa).

5.  The hand locking device is installed to lock the switch in the position of valve breaking or valve closing and avoid incorrect manipulation in operation and avoid incorrect valve closing in power failure as well.

Main purpose:

SPG-12/630 outdoor AC high-voltage SF6 load switch is mainly used in three-phase AC 12kv/24kv and 50HZ power distribution network. It is used to break and close the load current, overload current and separate automatically the fault power distribution line. The switch can be operated by hand, electric or in long distance. The electrical controller is installed in the stainless steel case and used in any climate. Pole mounted switch is easy, convenient and quick to be installed and the building cost can be reduced.
