  The distribution type outdoor high voltage alternating-current disconnect switch used in 11kV, 12 kV power distribution systems, with currents from 630A to 900A. And it used as switching on and switching off at the voltage with no load.

8).The blade stop limits the blade rang of motion to the 90 °and 160°positions, and a latch prevents the switch from opening under high momentary current.

9).The pull-ring activates the latch as a pry-out lever for easy opening and ice breaking.

Application

DCD disconnect switch is a hookstick-operated switch used to sectionalize or isolate circuits on electrical distribution systems through 11KV or 12KV. The distribution switch can be mounted on a single or double crossarm and is rated for 630 or 900A continuous current and 65KA peak withstand current.
