 Automatic Vetical Curtain Slitting Machine
 

Function:
1.The machine is used for making all kinds of curtain, e.g. roller,vertical, textile,fabric etc.
2.The most advantages for products of ultrasonic is automatically banding and there will be parallel for both cutting side

5. This unit adopts Germany technology of ultrasonic system, which more steadily work, and strong output, the cutting edge is smooth and without fading and falling off. 

Feeding system

Namely the machinisim that feed fabric to the cutting part,which is controlled by motor that is controlled by controlling core.you can change the feeding speed through GUI.

The horizontal position is adjusted by GUI,too,(See below “Movement test interface”).

There’s a “edge adjusting motor” on right side of feeding machinisim(The cutting edge may become in disorder with some unknown reason,and the what edge adjusting system avoid)there’s a edge adjusting inductor inside,once the fabric horizontally moves,the inductor will get the signal and send it to PLC,then the PLC will give a signal out to make the “edge adjusting motor” work to avoid the movement. Adding a handing wheel on the left side of feeding frame is to adjust the parallel between feeding and collecting frame.

There is a dividing ruler on the left side of feeding frame. When  you adjust handing roller and the dividing ruler shows 5.Theoretically speaking, feeding frame and collecting frame are paralleled.

Please keep clean of feeding bar in case the fabric may be dirty.
