   Melamine mdf

   Xin Kai Hua medium(high) density was made of wooden fiber or other fiber with urea resin and high pressure was applied after heating ,the specification of the board was 1.22mm*2440mm*(thickness 1.8-45mm),the density was between 680 and 880kg/m3.For different kinds of fiberboard ,texture are compact,surface are smooth,and internal strcture are uniform, physical property are excellent ,size can keep stable during temperature and humidity change.As customer requirement,additional this board can be for further processing producing cement template ,water proof board ,fire ressistant board,etc.
    Production can be for further processing such painted,printed,mode die stamping,and so saw cutting,milling ,bending,etc.Due to its high density,the edge of the board can be processed into different shape and painted without edge sealing,also different decration can be carved.
