2) Quality Requirements:

a) Clear products with finger joint and laminated

b) Moisture Content: 10%-12%

c) Density: 550kgs/m3 at 12% MC

d) Primer: no primer or using water/oil base primer with water proof

e) Dimension tolerance: must be strictly control within customers requirements

f) Not allow any defects on the surface such as machine marks, color difference etc..
g) Finishing: Flat, smooth and clean surface
