It can be widely applied on the waterproofing engineering of the following places:
1.Kitchens,
2.Toilet and
3.Swimming pools.
4.2-5mm-width-seam treatment between various marble tiles or between
granite tiles which are installed on walls or floors.
Construction Points
1,Preparation of Substrate:
1)Seam filling can not be carried out before glue for tile is dry completely
2)Make sure tiles and its circumjacent seams clean,without sludge or ponding water
3)To the tiles with high water absorption rate, like terra cotta or splitting tiles, make them fully humid with water before seam-filling.
2,Agitation:
1)Pour clean water into an agitation vat then slowly add and mix grout into it, making the mixture into uniform paste without powder agglomeration
2)Mixing Proportion of Tuwuyou Grout: Powder /Clean Water= 1kg /0.29-0.31L
3)Before application, it would be better to stir the well mixed grout again after leaving the mixture unstirred for 10 minutes.
3,Construction operation:
1)With rubber plaster hooks or sponge squeegees, grout must be pressed-into seams,without gaps
2)Get rid of surplus slurry along an angle of 45°to the gaps. Be careful enough not to drag out those in the gaps:
3)After seam-filling, let it dried by air for 30 minutes and shortly clean it by sponging down the tile surface with a wet cloth:
4)After 24 hours when the grout gets solidified basically, clean out the tile surfaces with clean wate
