High precision feeder with on-line automatic filling tester

Main features and functions:

(1)This powder feeding machine is our company’s high-tech production. Through many years of research and development we finally put it on the market to use in actual production. It can detect the actual filling rate indicators at real-time during the whole powder feeding process. Automatic detection and powder-feeding measuring relative error precision≤±2.9%, absolute error≤±0.4 (When filling rate is 15%, general value ≤±0.3, when filling rate is 48%, general value ≤±1.39).

(2)Filling rate detection precision adjusting scope: any data less than 50%, precision: a±a×2.9%,98% detection point in the range.

(3) It can randomly to monitor flux-cored wire product quality in production process, and observe test results through the computer screen intuitively. Testing time interval may adjust according to needs. The result of a certain moment can be printed for manager’s reference according to needs. If necessary, computer system can directly monitor production process of all quality indicators through network terminal, which is very suitable for large-scale production. Avoid the traditional detection methods which can not learn the actual data of filling rate during the normal production process, thus fundamentally guaranteed the product quality.

(4)We add the startup filling rate distortion compensation function to this high-precision powder feeding control system at the same time, and effectively solve the problem of high filling rate than normal product speed when startup. Reduced the consumption, and ensured the quality.
