What are the product properties?
1. Light in weight: its weight only 4kg/m2, and no more than 110kg/m2 even after coated with cement on both sides.
2. Large load-bearing capacity: a plate of 2.4m in height 1.22m in width, 110mm in thickness with cement coating, can bear axially over 77.4KN/m2, and horizontally over 1.95KN/m2.
3. Heat insulation and warmth-keeping: heat-resistance as high as 0.84m2. K/W, equal that of a brick wall of 800mm thick.
4. Sound insulation: insulate as much as 45dB noise.
5. Enhancing the useful area: its thickness can be about 110mm with cement coating ,which can enhance the 10~13% of the useful area.
6. Easy to install and splice: as designed,the plate can be spliced into any flat shape, folding shape and curving shape: and it is easy to lay apparatus of electrical, water,and gas inside the spliced structure,its building efficiency can be as high as 24~28m2 per day per worker.
