Application of the machine
1. Shaping by heating
A. Heat all kinds of standard fastening and mechanical parts, hardware tools to stamp or roll them. For example, round steel of 16-millimeter diameter , has be ready for shaping after being heated for 3 to 5 seconds.
B. Heat the metal material for the purpose of stretching, knurling and so on. For example, in order to anneal or stretch steel pipe, bent pipe, iron wire and steel wire are heated.
2. Heat treatment
The machine could quench, anneal or temper the surface, inner bore, partial or whole of all kinds of hardware, electric motor parts, hydraulic pressure parts, motor bicycle parts and auto parts. A lot of manufactories at home and aboard producing chain wheels, guide rails of machine tools, hammers, knives, scissors, pincers, axles, cams, chain wheels, gear wheels, valves, ball studs and so on, apply our equipments to heat treatment.
3. Brass solder
The machine can weld all kinds of alloy solidness cutter bit, lathe tool, milling cutter, reamer and diamond saw blade. It can solder grinding apparatus, drilling tool and cutting tool.
