Introduction
This welding equipment is a specially equipment for valve seal surface. Used for spray welding of the end surface , inner and outter surface, circular conical surface and deep hole valve seal surface which diameter from Φ50mm to Φ2000mm(according to the actual workpiece), weight below 500kg. The angle of the rotarytable is 0~90O , able to be regulated. With different welding torch, it is able to weld self-fluxing and non-self-fluxing Fe-base, Ni-base, Co-base, Cu-base and cermet powder on the surface of the pre-heat workpiece and atmospheric temperature workpiece. This machine adopts photoelectric technology to control automatically, all the welding action automatically controlled by PLC, you only need to push the button,the operator can complete the whole welding process,the primary production yield is more than 90%.
