Welded parts

The product indicated at the photo here is one of parts of water turbine, named "Draft Tube" which is approach to 12metric tones with max. width 9m, 11m long and 4.6m high. The steel is mild steel plate, cut by CNC cutting machine, rolled and press forming, fabricating and welding. After welding, whole surface shall be done sand blasting.Interior surface of this draft tube is painted by Epoxy coating without Led, because it is water contacting surface.  This component is produced strictly in accordance with our custom engineering design drawings and technical specification.
