Welding Oscillator

Introduction

  Welding Oscillator is a general welding assistant equipment used to reach the right and the

 left wig-wagging or the welding torch with the welding seam direction to widen the available 

welding seam, to  improve the welding seam molding and improve production efficiency.

  It is adapted to MIG/MAG, TIG welding torch's swinging. It has eight group of data can be 

set. Each group of data includes procedure control of left/right swing rate, left/right range of 

oscillation, and left/middle/right staying time. The Oscillator is automatically controlled by the 

outer controller or controlld by hand.

Working conditions:
    1) Ambient temperature range
        Working time: -10°C to +40°C
       Transportation and storage time: - 25°C to 55°C
    2) Relative air  humidity:
         When at 40 °C ≤50%
         When at 20 °C ≤90%
3) in the ambient air, gas, dust acid content of substances such as no more than normal levels
4) highly does not exceed 1000m
5) voltage fluctuation on ± 10% (: when the grid frequency for rating)
6) grid frequency wave: acuities ± 1% (rated voltage when)
Working environment
  This product should be put to avoid direct sunlight, dry, no dust environment, try to avoid 

serious influence of steam, gas equipment use chemical deposition, mould and other

 explosive, corrosive medium, and far away from the violent and turbulence
