1. Brief introduction of PTC heating cable

Self-Regulating heating cable, also known as PTC heating cable, is a flat ribbon cable composed of the conductive polymer composites and two parallel metal wires and insulating sheath. The feature is conductive polymer composites with positive temperature coefficient "PTC" feature, the system can be heated with the temperature automatically adjusts the output power, automatic limit the heating temperature.

"PTC" feature that is a positive temperature coefficient effect, is the resistivity with increasing temperature, and at a certain temperature range a sharp increase of resistivity characteristics. When the temperature rises, its resistance will also rise, reducing the heat generated .when the temperature rises to a certain value, within the current semi-conductive plastic down to the minimum, with heat generated close to 0.
