ABC Cable Service Drop Cable is basically a compromise construction between Power cables and Overhead conductors.

The basic construction is as follows:

a. 3 power cores consisting of standard aluminum conductors, insulated with XLPE

b. One sheath lighting aluminium conductor with XLPE insulation (optional)

c. One messenger Al-alloy conductor (bare or covered)

It meets or exceeds the following specifications:

a. Aluminium wire, 1350-H19 for Electrical Purposes

b. Aluminium Conductor, Concentric-Lay-Stranded

c. Aluminium Conductor, Concentric-Lay-Stranded, Coated Steel Reinforced (ACSR

d. Concentric-Lay-Stranded 6201-T81 Conductors

e. Compressed Round Stranded Aluminium Conductors Using Single Input Wire.
