Aluminum Stranded Wire and Aluminum Conductor Steel-reinforced

It is suitable for overhead electricity wire. Adapt to different terrain and environmentfor example, stride across the river or mountains. A long way electricity transmission can be accomplished economically and it can be installed and maintained conveniently.

* Overhead conductor wire, which uses bare twisted wire, has large current carrying capacity and mechanical strength and can lower the cost.

* The characteristics of the product are pure conduct metal, non-insulated and non-sheathed coat. The processing method involves pressure processing. The products are mainly used as power line of user or switch gear cabinet etc. especially in suburb or countryside.

AL twisted wire has the character of low strength and cannot bear too much pressure. It is suitable for short distance transmission line of not too large pressure. The long period working temperature of AL twisted wire should not exceed 80.

ACSR consists of twisted compound of hard and round AL wire and zinc-coated steel wire (or aluminizing and zinc-coated steel wire)

l        Besides the common ACSR, Anti-septic ACSR is also provided, including light core anti-septic AL twisted wire, medium core anti-septic AL twisted wire and heavy anti-septic AL twisted wire.

l        Anti-septic ACSR can be used coastal area or chemical area where the conductor wire may be easy corroded. The products of ACSR can be used for a long period.
