the applicant of this kind of wood milling device :

the raw material is wood powder add recycled plastic powder ( such as PVC powder ) , wood powder add recycled plastic grain (such as recycled pp,pe grain )

the surface of finla product such as profiles , door plate is smilar like wood  .

complete line of WPC product machinery as below :

1, wood milling device : in the front of this machinery is a crusher , put the waste wood pieces put in the hole of crusher .

the waste wood pieces will be crushed into wood scraps , after the second milling device and dust filter the final wood powder is pure and suit to produce the wpc profiles and door plate .

2, recycled plastic granulating device (for PP,PE ) / recycled plastic milling device ( for PVC )

3, wood and recycled plastic mixing device

put the wood powder,recycled plastic and auxiliary material with proportion  

4, put the mixed material into Wood and Plastic granulating device 

make the wpc grain .

the wood and plastic grain can be used to make the WPC profiles , WPC door plate .
