1. counter flow air biomass pellet cooler is mainly cool 2-8mm biomass or feed, fertilizer pellets, after cooling, the temperature is not higher than room temperature +3-5.
2.biomass pellet cooler is adopting counter flow theory, cold air goes inside of cooler from bottom to top, hot pellets goes to cooler from top to bottom, as time goes on, pellets will pulse at the cooler bottom, cold air will meet with cooled pellets , in this way will avoide pellet broken phenomenon, if cold air meetes with hot pellets suddenly from same direction, pellets will be easily broken, especially pellets surface. it can be cooled fully and equally, dust shaping rate is smaller than 2%.
3.the biomass pellet cooler generally works with cyclone and air fan. which is used to clean dust, and hot air after cooling will give off from top of cyclone, very easy to operate.
4.biomass pellet cooler Slide valve slug clearance hole is used, thus makes the pellet cooler operation stable and makes the materials discharge be easy and smooth.
