The press machine consists of principal machine ,side press machine ,cylinder assembly,hydraulic station ,steam piping entering and exiting system and electrical cabenit and so on .

Principal machine: is a framed tructure,made up of upper tray ,medium tray ,lower tray ,has high strength and good rigidity .Hot plate is between the upper and medium tray ,the serpentine inside the hot plate drilling heats the hot plate evenly by the steam .the feet and stepped plates on both side of hot plates can support the hot plate and guid the plate .

Lateral pressure device:It is fixed on both side of framework,tightening the framework.

Lateral compressor :It control advancing and retreating function.

Master cylinder :manufactured at our factory, assembly fixed on the lower tray connected by circular flanges and bolts,to ensure tightness of the cylinder.
