III.Configuration and specification:
1. Main Unit
a. Electric heating box made in size 1000 × 2500mm. 34 zone temperature controls. Box will be back out automatically when material plugged up. The arrangement of upper and lower electric heaters are using chengmei arrangement procedures, and added protective net with up and down.
b. Hydraulic lifting upper and lower platform, Dia.120oil/four guide pole of mould Dia. 75)/1240×1190 platform
c. Double-row tip style sheet conveying chain, tensioning screw rod. Feeding adopts 2.9KW Japanese Yaskawa servomotors, which with high speed and feeding is accurate.
d. Chain track width can be adjusted within 600~1000mm.
e. 5.5KW water-ring vacuum pump.
