QGQ-YG Automatic High-purity Medical Oxygen filling machine

The machine is used to fill the liquid oxygen into the aerosol can which will be medical oxygen and health care oxygen and energy oxygen .
This auto- production line is mainly composed by can unscrambler, conveyor, blowing, filling machine and packing table. Accessories such as disinfection cabinet ,automatic valve supplier and marks sprayer can be added according to customer’s requirements. The filling machine is controlled by advanced PLC+ digital program touch screen. The photoelectrical switches and electromagnetic valves on main machine body are advanced intrinsically safety type made in Germany, Japan and Italy. It is excellence in high automation, easy parameter adjusting, good running security and reliability. The machine meets the requirement of more than 99.6% purity in Pharmacopoeia industry. The pressure of oxygen is 1.2MPa after filling.
