DZL Series Automatic Thermoform Vacuum Packaging Machine include two standard models,which are DZL420 and DZL320, the main difference between these two models is different width of their packaging film,the packaging film is composed of down film andupper film,after the down film is formed to tray by heating vacuum forming mould,moved forward and come into product filling area, the operator needs to fill the product into preformed tray,machine will transfer the tray which filled with product into vacuum chamber and proceed vacuum and sealing process, agter accomplsih sealing and cutting,packed tray is move out from machine and accomplish whole packaging process.A widely used in every kinds of meat,sea product,vegetables, fresh fodd,pickles,freeze meat,dairy produce,medicine,hardware,medical equipment vacuum, gas flushing and skin packaging.It's suitable for using by mass production factory,which could reduce high extent human cost.
