1.CZ-R type mold heating unit

  CZR type ointment mold heating unit is heated by electric heating plate, aluminum alloy 

bedplate, and use electronic thermostat to control the temperature, so that the heating

 2.CZ-D type mold cooling unit

structure is reasonable, using the imported compressor and microcomputer temperature

 3.CZ-G vacuum bubble-free filling machine

The machine is used for filling ointment. It is featured with oil(glycerin) heating, paddle stirring, vacuum bubble eliminator, pneumatic filling valve.

Working Process:

The ointment material in pot are heated at first to a certain temperature, then mixed and stirred and made bubble eliminating: stirring at high speed by paddle in vacuum(stepless speed regulation)

Temp. Adjustment:

The pot and filling tube are covered with sheath in which warm water circulates to keep an appropriate temperature. The temperature can be set by operator and is automatically controlled.

The machine is easy to wash and operate. It is made of stainless steel \(SUS304) in parts touching production material. The stirring and transmission parts are cooled by water to ensure a long service life.
