Extruder: 7 Φ75mm high-performance extruder(Japanese technique ) 

Model head: Three sets of co-extrusion devices, which are composed of the high-precision full-seal original imported die heads and high-precision co-extrusion divider(2sets of double-layer,1set of three-layers), made in Taiwan, Japan, Italy.

Control type: High-precision Siemens PLC programmable control, HMI (Siemens) dialog, whole integrative running.

Transducer: Japanese ANCHUAN digital vector control transducer,

Tension control: Full automatic constant tension control for reeling, unreeling and every tension point.

Unreeling machine: Adopt the round-plate type unreeling structure (only one in our country) with advanced international level (Italian technique).

Reeling receiving/changing device: Adopt the automatic cutter receiving/changing device(only one in our country)with advanced international level(German technique)
