Performance and Characteristics:
1. Adopt domestic newest high-power conveying system, using chains row to moving conveying shaft to prevent the mistakes and noise of other gear conveying.
2. Electric equipment adopts the imported control system.According to the requirement of customers, it can be equipped with the Lacking /Refilling Device and Poor-filing. Detecting Eliminating Device. It adopts the imported Frequency Conversion Speed Controller.
3. This machine is composed of two subsystems; one includes PVC forming unit, feeding unit and hot-sealing unit and cutting unit. These two subsystems can be packed independently.
4. Photoelectric control system, PVC, PTP and tropic aluminum feeding unit, scrap reclaiming unit are equipped to insure the synchronization of the stations under long distance.
