JP-750-105/75 Double-Layer Plastic Sheet Extruder Machine is developed by our company aiming at market demand.
Characteristics:
1. Screw and barrel are made of high quality alloy steel nitrogen-treated to ensure sufficient strength, hardness and machining precision.
2. The die head is through chromium plating in part and polishing. Rapid hydraulic net-changing device makes operation convenient.
3. Vertical 3-roller structure adopts frequency inverter so that the linear speed of 3-roller and traction can be regulated easily and sheet production is more reasonable. Which ensures the sheet has good plasticization, smooth and even thickness, consistent velocity etc.
4. Mainly applied to produce PP, PE, PS, HIPS multi-layer sheet etc. And they can make high quality disposable plastic cups, drink cups, ice cream cups, jelly cup and other packing container.
