The automatic folder gluer  HZH650FB,HZH780FB,HZH1100FB,HZH1150FB,HZH1380FB have the same functions and constructure. The differece is just the size.

Now We take the HZH980FB as sample to introduce the automatic folder gluer.

Brief Introduction of Each Unit

1.Feeding Unit

l  Cardboard is being correct fed automatically and the intervals could be adjusted infinitely.

l  .Belt-driven device could be adjusted independently, and belt could be easily changed.                                        

l  Independent vibration motor improves the quality of cardboard feeding.                                                            

l  Cardboard feeding knife and guard on both side could be integrate adjusted up and down, which shorten the time for adjustment and box changing.

2.Pre-folding Unit

l  Long distance folding ensures the box to be folded with the 1st line of 180 degree and the 3rd line of 135 degree, so that could be easily open when filling something into it.

l  The components can be easily changed, which makes it easily to install the accessories for different box.

3.Bottom Folding Unit

l  Bottom folding components are installed on the turnable holder,   which shorten time for bottom folding, adjusting.                                                

l  Speed of bottom folding ranging from 60 pcs/min to 400 pcs/min

4.Gluing Unit

l  The upper gluing mechanism can be adjusted accurately up and down or left and right independently to ensure good gluing quality.                                 

l  The lower one can be adjusted left and right, which featuring quantitative gluing, easy replacement and cleaning.

5.Structure Folding Unit

l  Extention design ensures the folding belts on both left and right side to help the accurately adjustment of pilot wheel of all angles to meet different materials and size requirements of the boxes.

6.Pressing Unit

l  Pressure can be adjusted easily and reliable, to ensure superior quality of gluing.                                       

l  Equipped with counting device for production counting by user.

7.Conveying Unit

l  Unique design structure ensures pressure is evenly distributed. And the pressure and the speed of the belt driven could be easily adjusted to ensure the perfect quality.

8.Collecting Unit

l  Equipped with independent speed adjustment device, which can adjust the speed of paper collecting according to the packing speed, and it is very easy to operate.
