The machine is the equipment that combines the plastic safety cap and sealing rubber plug of the hemostix and has a set of the vibration transfer dish and stopper transfer dish that can automatically send the safety cap and rubber plug to the rotary recombiner in the mainframe. The recombiner will guide the safety cap to the positioning slot of the dividing plate during the rotation process and absorb the rubber plug in the upper absorption plug mouth at the same. When in the compounding position, the stopper mouth that absorbs the stopper will fall down and press the rubber plug into the safety cap and then goes up to exit. Then the safety cap and rubber plug are compounded to one. The machine has automatic alarm for cover shortage and rubber plug shortage and protection device for shut-down, counting, overload and pressure lose.
