Characteristics
Blister Machinery featured in small size, compact structure and high productivity. It is easy to alter packing size, replace mould and adjust the machine in a short time even without expertise and special tools.
BZ series blister machine can stick the blister(PVC,PETG and so on.)on a paper card(smeared blister varnish on the surface)by heating. It can pack various stationery, toy, cosmetic, sundries etc. and the packed products look beautiful. The operator just adjusts the heating time,cooling time and electric output, then rotates the worktable by hand,so pulse-heating system and cooling system in machine would run automatically.
Working Principle:
Put material on mould→ clamp the product→ heat the material→ seal product→ cool product→ Take out the product

2. temperature controller: control the temperature of the platen
3. heating switch: turn on/off the heating power
4. power switch: turn on/off the whole power
