Our laminate Machine Description:

This machine is used for laminating roll materials like BOPP, PET, OPP, CPE, nylon, aluminum platinum, paper etc through gluing them together, to produce composite products which are waterproof, breathable resistance, boilable, and with good mechanical action and heat sealing ability.  
Features:
1) Central industrial computer control. All automatic and top global level.
2) Chinese/ English human-computer interface of color monitor, easily displays all control data and performance state and possesses lots of functions.
3) Speed of 1st unwinding, 2nd unwinding, in-feeding, coating, laminating,
rewinding is synchronous. And tension equipment adopts imported AC V.F.
closed loop vector control system. International advanced level
4) The whole machine consists of 1st unwinding -- in-feeding –coating -- 2nd unwinding – laminating – rewinding – control --  auxiliary devices, etc.
5) 1st and 2nd unwinders and rewinders are with structure of double working-post
over-turn turret type. Pneumatic shaft for loading material.  Drive and automatic tension control system have functions of speed synchronous, tension, taper automatic control and pre-drive web exchange. It can achieve automatically overturn of A, B shaft and non-stop automatic splicing, also equipped with EPC automatic hydraulic seam correction system.  
6) Unwinding to in-feeding system employed automatic tension control, which has2 driving motors. 2 frictionless cylinder assemblies, tension sensors and vector motor closed loop system to be controlled by computer system.
7) The coating system has coating heads of meshed roller type, impression rollers, transverse moving doctor blades, glue circulation devices, glue blades, etc. It is driven by AC motor and controlled by AC V.F closed loop vector. Independent motor drive.
8) Drying chamber has 4 heating zones with automatic temperature control. Air in and out quantity is adjustable as per the craft work.
9) Guiding rollers inside the chamber initiatively run in synchronization. It is also equipped with pneumatic opening drying chamber and film in-feeding platform.

Lamination device consists of double-layer internal-thread heating lamination roller group, aux. pr-heating rollers, cooling rollers and initiative transmission system. It is driven by AC motor and controlled by V.F closed loop vector (automatic tension inspection and display during performance).
10) All passive guiding rollers are made of imported, hardened and anodized aluminum rod material, HV300.
11) All low voltage electrical components are imported and of well known brands (intermediate relay, fuse and none standard pieces are exceptional)
12) All pneumatic and main cylinders are imported and of top brands.
13) There is EPC at the entrance of oven, which thoroughly solved the problem of material drifting in the oven.
