Adopting the US PMAC servo digital movement control system, Acecare has many years fiber winding process experience. The software is easy to use, just input some parameters under window prompt, such as product geometry parameter, material parameter and winding process parameter then start winding a product automatically, which is more excellent than that of Siemens 840D digital control system.

4-Axis movement adopts respective separate servo motors to make sure the winding pattern invariable when the machine speed changes abruptly This make the products performance stable. If spindle is droved by frequency conversion motor can not keep good winding pattern.

Winding software features

(1) Operator inputs parameters (such as process parameter, raw material parameter and products size parameter etc) under Windows98 menu prompt then start winding a product automatically, easy to operate.

(2) Real time measuring and displaying spindle, carriage, cross feed, eye location, speed parameter and winding process parameter.

(3) Real-time measuring and compensation function to ensure better winding pattern.

(4) Each axis rotation is separately controlled to make winding pattern stable when machine speed changes abruptly.

(5)The winding speed limit control makes sure the fully impregnated fiber is wound around the surface of the mandrel to avoid man-made speedup operation, and ensure product quality higher.

(6) The hoop and helical winding patterns can be automatically switched during the wingding process.
